最低净资产要求 
为了获得 2018 魁北克省投资移民计划批准，外国投资者必须单独或和其配偶或合作伙伴共同至少拥有 160 万加元的合法净资产（或等值外币）。计算净资产时，可包括不动产、银行账户、股票和债券以及养老基金。按照魁北克省投资移民计划，继承的资产被划分为合法资产，但是，捐款或遗产必须在提出 QIIP 申请前至少 6 个月获得才有效。截至 2018 年 1 月，160 万加元相当于大约 130 万美元、110 万欧元或 850 万人民币。

无风险投资

In order to be admitted into the Quebec Investor Program 2018, foreigninvestors must have a legally obtained minimum networth of CAD $1.6 million (or its equivalent in a foreigncurrency), either individually or combined with their spouse or partner. Assetsthat may be included when calculating net worth include real estate, bankaccounts, stocks and bonds, as well as pension funds. Under the Quebec programfor investors, inherited assets are classified as legally obtained, however,donation or inheritance money must have been received at least six months priorto launching a QIIP application. As of January 2018, $1.6 million Canadiandollars is equivalent to approximately USD 1.3 million, EUR 1.1 million, or CNY8.5 million.

Risk-Free Investment 
Applicants for Canada investor immigration must sign an agreement stating theirintention to make a government guaranteed CAD $800,000 investment inQuebec through a financial intermediary authorized to participate in the QIIP.This prescribed investment in a five-year term note is fully andunconditionally guaranteed by the Government of Quebec, and in accordance withthe provisions of the program, the money is returned in full after five yearswith 0% interest. Please note: this passive investment does not have to be madeuntil after an applicant is approved in principle forinvestor immigration to Quebec, so there is no risk of making the investmentonly to be later refused a Canada investor visa.
